If you need support: If you have a connective tissue disorder, chronic illness etc. (or have a family member who does) and need some support or understanding I’m always more than happy to exchange emails. If you’re newly diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder and looking for support forums and other resources but aren’t sure where to start I’ll also help you get the ball rolling and get involved as best I can. Even if you just need to vent while someone listens, don’t be afraid to email. I know that chronic pain and illness can be a terribly lonely and isolating thing, and sometimes talking to someone who can relate makes a world of difference. :)
*I try to check my email at least once a day so it usually won’t be too long before I’m able to get back to you.
Having your blog or website featured: If you blog about any of the things listed on my “Beneficial Blogs” page and would like to be featured, feel free to comment or email me with your blog title and link. I’d be more than happy to add you to the page!
Requesting guest posts: If you have a blog or website and would like me to do a guest post about one of the subjects that I blog about here, let me know and I’ll see what I can come up with for you.
Submitting guest posts: I’m always looking for guest posters on Tissue Tales; it’s a great way to raise awareness for a variety of illnesses and disorders and it gives readers a personal perspective on life in your shoes. It’s also a great way to promote your own blog or website and get your story and experiences out there. If you’re interested email me and we’ll take it from there!
*Credit is always given to the author of the guest post, unless otherwise requested. Posts are subject to basic but minimal editing. Including photographs is, of course, optional and by no means a must.
