Waiting for the will.

I’ve come to a bridge,
Now, it’s time to make a choice.
Not knowing whether it’s fear that stays me,
Or some inner voice.

Running out of excuses to turn back,
While waiting for the will to step forward.
I stand at this bridge,
And it’s time to make a choice.

  1. Katie, your writing throughout this blog is beautiful. You have a gift. Have you thought about publishing a book, a journal book? You are an inspiration and many other young adults and older adults like me, would love your stories, and would be encouraged.

    • Thank you!! I have thought about that, and have started to do so a few different times but nothing ever came of it. I haven’t dismissed the idea though and would like to publish something at some point in my life. :)
